Brewtal Blanc

Inspired by the Brutal!!! Wine Corporation and brewed in collaboration with our friends Mr West – at their suggestion to bring the Brutal wine concept into the beer world.

Hand picked organic Gewürztraminer from our Nelson vineyard was fermented with a blend of barrel aged wild ales made up of 65% turbid mash spontaneous, 30% elderflower wild ale & 5% oxidised broom wild ale, then rested on organic feijoas.

A truly brewtal blend of wild fermented grapes, beer & fruit!
