We aim for all orders to be dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne within one working day of order placement. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the recipient's location.
Deliveries may be delayed under certain circumstances. This often occurs around public holidays, when shorter working weeks restrict operational hours. Delays also often occur in times of high traffic for our couriers, such as Christmas and when there are pandemic-related restrictions in place. We'll do our best to have any updates to shipping times clearly visible on our site, and we ask that you take these factors into account when placing your order.
