Inspired by the Brutal!!! Wine Corporation and brewed in collaboration with our friends Mr West – at their suggestion to bring the Brutal wine concept into the beer world.
Hand picked organic Pinot Noir from our Nelson vineyard was fermented with a blend of barrel aged wild ales made up of 80% turbid mash spontaneous, and 20% cherry blossom wild ale, then rested on wakefield raspberries.
