For starters, a cleaner, classic take on Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, with hand picked, whole bunch fruit pressed into barrel and stainless steel and wild fermented.
Grapes - Sauvignon Blanc.
Region - Marlborough.
Fermentation Vessel - Stainless steel and Oak.
Ageing Vessel - Stainless steel.
Additional - 90% whole bunch pressed and liquid ferment, 10% skin ferment.
Sulphites - 25ppm prior to bottling.
