It's an extra juicy start to the silly season. Do we make a special effort for our December FRESH? Of course we do, it’s Christmas! Welcome to the party.
Light lager, chit wheat and plump malted oats set the scene, with a fashionably early Mosaic cryo in the whirlpool bringing infused hop flavour and structure. Then things get rowdy with an extra generous dry hop of Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, Strata, Idaho Gem & even more Mosaic Cryo.
So what’s waiting for you in your stocking this year? A luminous rich gold pour with a crazy dense white pillowy head, and fresh mango indica, zested orange rind and yellow jelly aeroplane aromas.
The first sip - ripe mango, orange citrus and more tinned Dole pineapple, followed by sweet cherry and berry notes, with an extra juicy sweet mouthfeel and a zippy tangerine finish. Like the bright tangy fruit you’d find at the bottom of a Victorian child’s stocking (if they’d been very, very good).
