Fresh - December | '21

And it’s December. Summer’s almost here and Christmas is just around the corner. Time for the last FRESH IPA of 2021.
For this month’s festive brew we’ve cherry picked some of our favourite ingredients from a year of FRESH IPA’s and a little something brand new. Light Maris Otter malt, Honey Coated Toasted Oats and Caramalt lend this batch a lush golden hue, dense foam and a lovely smooth honey oat biscuit flavour. We’re vibing on restrained hot side hop additions, with Southern Cross and Idaho 7 leaning in to create a foundation of citrus and tropical hop flavour. FRESH DEC then builds on this with a robust double dry hop of firm favourite Citra, recent release Talus and brand new Cryo Pop blend producing a tenacious pineapple and citrus aroma and beautiful fresh palate packed with orange and grapefruit citrus zest, coconut, passionfruit and subtle herbal notes. Perfect for kicking back over the weeks ahead, taking some time out, recovering from the year that was, and looking forward to a FRESH year ahead.
