It’s February, time to get back into the swing of things, back into another juicy year of FRESH monthly drops.

FRESH February’s malt grist is light lager and a blend of malted and chit wheat. Masses of wheat protein equals masses of haze, and masses of dense pillowy foam. There’s a touch of Simcoe Cryo in the whirlpool infusing Feb with a foundation of a smooth hop flavour. Then we’re playing around with dry hopping at different temperatures and FRESH Feb is loaded up with a heavy hit of Simcoe, Citra and Motueka delivered to cooled beer, elevating the juicy sweet fruit character of the hops.

Crack a can and FRESH Feb pours a rich glowing gold with a dense tight white cap of foam. The aroma is sweet tropical fruit with a hint of gooseberry and lime zest. Then that first sip is sweet fruit and milk bottle lollies followed by mango, peach puree, and lychee with a subtle hint of grapefruit and lime. A delicious juicy smooth way to ease back into things.
