Fresh - January | '22

There’s undeniably something special about the first FRESH IPA of the year and we’d be lying if we said we didn’t try even harder than usual to come out with something extra delicious for you to enjoy as you kick back a little over the summer days ahead. It’s fair to say we think we’ve pulled it off nicely with FRESH JAN.

Apart from a judicious touch of bittering, JAN is a hop free boil followed up with a heavy handed dry hop of Strata, our own Freestyle Nelson Sauvin and Citra cryo. New Zealand grown light lager malt, crisp white wheat and plump oats then produce a juicy base beer that pours like hazy sunshine in a glass, with a lush aromatic hit of tropical mango and lychee, a super smooth balanced fruit body and a little touch of sun ripened strawberry sweetness at the end of the palate.
