Fresh - November | '21

It’s November, the end of the year is in sight, and not a moment too soon some might say. It’s not been an easy year, but a little sunshine certainly helps raise the spirits. And so should FRESH NOV. Specially imported Simpson’s Golden Promise, Golden Naked Oats, white wheat and a touch of caramel malt, create a lush light toffee biscuit base, balanced with restrained hot side additions of Simcoe, Centennial, Citra and Idaho 7 bringing rounded hop flavour and just enough bitterness to rescue that rich malt base from being overly sweet. Then add to this a double dry hop of house favourite Strata, new Australian variety Eclipse (which you might recognise from Arvo XPA) and a double dose of Citra Cryo and aroma oil. And what is the result of this hot mess of hoppy deliciousness? Our crack team of taste testers described the aroma as reminiscent of coconuts, fresh cut white table grapes and ripe lychee and the favour as juicy citrus and orange zest. Yum! What more could you want?
