It's time for FRESH OCT, and we're all about bright Spring flavours after last month's warm welcome to the season. Back to a classic grist of light lager, Chit Wheat and a blend of malted and rolled oats. Our old hop-friends Mosaic and Motueka take centre stage, with a specialist guest appearance from another new USA harvest-selection hop, Idaho Gem. Not to be confused with Idaho 7, Gem is said to deliver bright sweet red cherry notes with dank resin undertones. That holy trinity of light lager, wheat and oats delivers a sunny green gold haze with a fresh brioche mouthfeel and a titanium white foam. Bright white grapefruit, lemon peel and green grape aromas, and a juicy first sip packed with sweet nectarine, grapefruit citrus, lemon haze hydro and yes, maybe even cherry Jolly Rancher hard candies. It's the perfect citrus situation to help you sail through spring.
