Hapi Sessions: Uchu Nigori

The Hāpi Sessions, three collaborations, three breweries at the top of their game, three beers, each showcasing a different hop forward style in a playful ‘freestyle’ interpretation of one of the beers that helped to make each brewery famous. Blast into interstellar overdrive as Masahiro Kusunose from Uchu Brewing in Hokuto City, Yamanashi, offers up a smooth cosmic hazy double IPA ‘master’ class, loaded with Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Southern Cross and Mosaic.
