Single Fruit - Cherry. The first of our Harvest Series, a blend of oak barrel aged sour beer, infused with Montmorency cherries from Springbank Orchard, just outside Oamaru. The finished beer is a delightful effervescent sunset pink, bursting with bright tart cherry fruit and a hint of almond, both moreish and immensely refreshing.
