Snap Apple

Even in the middle of the city, nature will find a way. Snap Apple, fermented using wild yeasts cultured up from apples growing on a forgotten old tree hidden behind a building three doors up from the Wild Workshop. This 'inner city culture' was pitched into freshly pressed Kingston Black cider apple juice shared with us by the generous and beautiful people at Peckham's and then aged for close to a year in a mixture of oak brandy and wine barrels. The result is a truly wild dry cider, bursting with perfumed apple aroma, delicate tannins and just a touch of vanilla oak sweetness.
